Mk1 2000 Ford Galaxy 2.0 Petrol Key learning problem

I try with SBB with precoded pcf7935 ID42 transponder but wont learn.

I can't add to dump and I can't find IMMO OFF solution. See on pictures!

What I can do this?

Try ID44.

Btw. where is OBD2 located?

Centre of the dashboard down side under ashtray.

Curiosity:
Without transponder starter not work
With 7935 not work
With precoded to ID42 work but car wont start
