Hi, this is pinout from other Hyundai's SRS unit.
It's looks like yours.
You can try to read like this.
The chip is XC2361-72F
And the pins are:
1- +5v
2- +12v
5- TDI
6- TMS
7- TCK
8- TDO
9- TRST
12- GND
