Citreon C4 Adding new Key with JC by FVDI

Hi all, I tried to find pin code to add a key using FVDI on a Citreon C4, I think the BSI is Johnsons Control, not sure.
Now the car won't start, does anyone have a solution to fixing my problem?

Hello mate you have bricked a BSI you must get a signature of the flash from Bsi and post here after get it you need write a flash and all ok
or find here on DK

find where FVDI make bacup of flash,then revrite with fvdi and thats all

Fvdi not good toll for this , i add Key with X100C and have never Problem , read Pin and add new China Key.

just dont nead to take bsi from car.

Mate connect a charger and restart a procedure to read a pin code in the beginning with abrites (first psa pin code reading) ori i have bricked a bsi C4 picasso JC and i have made like that and all will be fine
they donnot cost nothing to try

I would suggest not to use a "charger", but connect to another car with engine running and jump leads !

personally i prefer a battery support unit maintaining 14v throughout

Can you still get comms if you go into BSI system on diagnostics?

If so, read ident values and post here, or immo section to get flash dump. Then go into flash upload section on menu. Happy days

If not, really you are F**ked, as so many flashes and matching right one is unlikely.
Genuine Abrites doesn't always save backup flash -depends where crashed/stopped!!!
-Prepare to spend £600+ as new BSI

second hand ECU kit from ebay is better option than £600 for new bsi

PIN from ECU and adapt and configure new (second hand) BSI to car is the cheapest option if can't revive that one
