I believe those faults are often related to an ELV problem. No steering wheel error sign on the cluster?
If they appeared suddenly, you should try to reset the ELV fault counter with your favorite BMW diagnostic software.
IBS sensor sometimes causes a no start, no crank situation. Dead battery recently ?
If this happened after adding a key by OBD port you may have the incorrect flash in your CAS module. What tools did you use?
Post your cas module info, eeprom and flash. Someone can verify that they match.
Cheers

I had 2 similar cars
https://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/showthread.php/790834-BMW-E87-2005-Problem
First one E87 is still not runner
on the second one customer replaced IBS cable and all relays and fuses and car now is OK but I dont know what was the problem
on the bench key slot work and take the key - when connect to the car key slot is like dead
last time I forgot to try to put emulator on the steering lock - next time will try
