Mercedes ML 2002, i try add key to module EAM mask 1d69J after this operation i have START ERROR both key.
Synchro Lost?

You need to read DAS data in EAM and ECU to try to pinpoint the problem. For example, are the keys recognized as valid and enabled, is the ECU authorized to issue a start command, etc.

your EAM dump file is not good, make a new reading write new transponder
