You sincronize remote key procedure ??? Push lock button in you key. Keep up push button and ignition swicth turn ON. Wait 10 seconds with lock button push and turn OFF. Wait 30 seconds. Remote sincrhonized....
Not found ?? . If swap your BSi with other BSI your problem is the microcontroller firmware . The problem is not in 95160 file.

BSI is the same I just threw in the virgins and I can't code the central pilot now.

You have correct Pin CODE ??? the car start with inmo Ok ??? you only have change correct PIN CODE,next sincrhonize remote control and Go ! The virgin file is good. Im used a few time and coded perfect. why do you virginize your BSI ??? what problem have back time ??

Put the key to be reset into the ignition and turn to the '+' position. Within the next 10 seconds, press one of the remote buttons for 10 seconds and then release; repeat this with all keys. Once all keys have been set, wait one minute before opening the door. The ignition key fobs should now be synchronised

2) no idea where look for “dead locking” “simple locking” go twiddling

3) look for “hf receiver” but photo EVERYTHING first

Ok..OK..You need configure in Telecoding/client options , with central lock, lock type (single or super) and remote control type (069A....or other). Im now not remember exactly options for telecoding. Explore and try client coding options.

Im use Scan Tool SPC960 Max,but with Lexia-Diagbox chinese clone you can telecoding without problem.

Can you find in your LEXIA : BSI / client options / telecoding/..... ???
You can get in as BERLINGO III,or Peugeot partner,or peugeot 206/207. Its same BSI and search : BSI/ client options/ telecoding/ .........
Im not have someone citroen in my workshop now for show you options.
