problem AT mercedes A-class 169

Hi,
I have problem with A class 2006 automatic transmition.
Error 00c9 in ECM and TCM 2732 2723 0841 1634.
Can anyone help.

yes error code erase but car move- error and car stop.
forward-2732 and 0841 car stop
reverse 2723 and 0841 car stop

remove hydraulic blok and check ehs and open ecu

the car is at 120,000км and the oil filter has not been replaced.
Only change oil 40000km.
Could this be the problem?
the car starts shaking sometimes.
is this not a sign that there is really no pressure?
i am monitoring the pressure but i dont know what values it should show.
