Celica 1996 immo sync

Hello Guys!
We have a celica GT in our workshop, needs ecu sync with immobox (id33). Do anybody knows how it needs to sync with the old toyota dlc socket? (Car dont have obd).

Ive found that avdi recognises immobox dump correctly, and give an option to make it virgin, says as ignition given it register key automatically.
Will it sync with the ecu as well?
