Problem after DPF OFF Audi A4 2.0 BRD 03G906018AQ

Please help me!! Audi A4 2.0 tdi, 03G906018AQ, PPD1.3.
I did DPF Off but don't work , does not accelerate more than 2800 rpm and i get an error P0299 turbocharger Boost pressure regulation .Thanks in advance , please help me!!

you have a problem with either a leaking intercooler pipe, boost sensor, or your turbo veins are clogged.
