laguna key card pictures needed

hi friends!
client have a renault laguna with card keys, and one of it dont work (dont start and dont lock or unlock) key is in very bad shape. before i open it have a noise of something loose inside. is a smd controler and a battery. i cant find any pictures of this version of key card, is a original valeo.
need a good picture to see chip orientation
