FEM repair needed

Hello i have 2014 3 series cas ID 8217012811. I am doing AKL for it. i read the coding and eep using vvdi 2 and orange 5 and when went to restore the coding, it is giving error 7F 10 12 (target unit doesnt respond or response err command). I tried writing the original eep back again but err persists. any suggestions what went wrong and how to fix it?

Hi dear,

I have FEM BDC plus device that can restore the FEM or BDC flash then you can write the coding and theeeprom, it is very good, I bought it from Simon touch it's not that much expensive I think it was for 600 euro

Yes, the FEM flash was damaged that's why you can write the coding.

Its just ACDP device with fem option. Don’t think it can restore flash/eeprom if no backup on it.

Yes i already got that acdp and module, i guess need to find FLASH of same Part no. FEM and write it back ?

i do have original eeprom and coding saved from fem. Do you think this tool can restore the Flash so i can upload coding and eeprom? or any tool capable of doing it?

Vvdi Prog can do that as well

Yes I am 100% sure that the ACDP can do it.
