Hi friends.Need help for put to work galleto .

Hi.
I have old galletto (V54)which bay this 3 years ago and not use .
Tryed put to work with software was with galleto and nothing.
Look like install ok but when try start programm nothing.

Question....
Anybody have worked sw for this dievice?
Or how put this sw to work,because I read like it's standart problem when sw don't want start.......

All option tested with win7(32bit)....

device must be connected and start from desktop as administrator...

Hi .
Tryed,all is same nothing.
Driver's check all ok,inarface location with pc ok.
I'm not used this 3 year's.....686703......because just totaly can't start this ..........:banghead:
Maybe all this have same triks .........:dontknow:

follow instructions .... install twice etc

It won't work wel on Windows7 64bit, I use older laptop with XP and works ok.
