Clone BSI Peugeot 307

Hi friends

I have a problem with a peugeot 307, 2.0 HDI, 90 Cv, 2002.
The car flashes stopped working, the door lock and unlock system doesn't work and sometimes the car doesn't work.
I opened the BSI and it was damaged with water.
I've cleaned it and dry it, the car and flashes works ok, but it doesn't close (the lockand unlock door system doesn't work).
I've read in the MC68HC912DG128 the eprom.bin and the memory map.bin.
If I have a similar/equivalent BSI, to clone it, do I need to copy booth files, or just the eprom.bin?

I've try it in the car, and it has many dtc's. The wiper blade is allways on.

I need to virgine this bsi. Can anyone help?
