daft question these are "new" ecu's rather than immo off dumps?

Got a saxo to do (pronunced sshh-aaaxx-sshho), it's a non-paying paying job excat words from telephone call

"Hello Meat-Head, my kid has lost the sshh-aaaxx-sshho <saxo> keys
and i don't want to pay anything, can you help"!!

Happy to have a go and see what damage can cause!
Worst that can happen is it won't start! (still)

They are virgin, like new ECU mate. Not immo off.
Get second hand and make like new.
