Could you help me to have immo off of my file Honda ECU 37820-PMH-E71.

Car have automatic gear box or air condition ? If Yes not exist immo-off by file which maintains these two functionalities.
Or make do synchro /repair system or immo-emulator .

Gear box is manual and air condition. But will be possible to have the file ?
I know how to make it functionnal.
