You want to change the VIN, but not telling which is the desired VIN to be changed...
You know the address of the VIN in the file, so change it by yourself!

Friend... you really must to learn the English more, so you can express yourself as should!
The other thing... you have to give the complete identification of the car, ECU etc, so someone can find and use your file.
