Your dump seem OK, write file OFF as you read 95160.

Contact lion0304 above on p.m. he will help you, I think you should read eeprom again and compare, could be a bad read, the software I usu for immo off on ssangyong usually extracts the vin from the file but with your file I couldn't see the vin
