Hey all.
Would anyone now if you can use the supervag svg142 cable to put VW cluster into service mode for lost keys?
(I dont like pulling the dials off allm the time....)
If there is away, what would be the steps involved........

Yes you can, although you dont have to do it this way, i ususally read the cluster, and put the dump in the tango, and write the new tango generated Tp file back into the cluster. you only remove the back of the cluster, and hold the needle at some point near the mcu.

At my old work I used supervag which puts in service mode and then dumps eeprom into tango to generate keys.
I only have vvdi2 now
