Audi TT 2008 Dashboard dead

Sorry for start here asking for solutions

I have an Audi TT 2008 with micronas 3217G VDO and yesterday I read the ecu data all ok (I have screenshot of CS, PIN) but when I tryed to read instrument cluster data software show me an error and I look the dash off without lights I thought was normal but when I closed the program and tryed to start the car OMG the dash still off and the car wont start in that moment I wants to cry hehe
short story I came from with the car dead.

I just tryed with the obd2 cable because I have one key working the interface came with more cables but I dont know how to use these

Any help welcome

guys maybe I ask wrong, I dont need the solution I need some orientation where start learning, in this point I screw it so I need to learn and solve or decide to send to repair service.

Ether post Micronas dump as Devill said or send it in to someone who can repair it. The current tools will not help you, were they clones or genuine tools ? From your description I don't really get what exactly you read or wrote ...

you dont have xprog to read micronas? if not you need new dash and adapt it with odis online ore abrites genuine.

I dont know what tool this guy has but I know he needs a clean file of a 8J0920930E dashboard.

Can my dashboard be repaired with a clean file or it just dead and Im wasting my time??


Can my dashboard be flashed with a clean or a backuo of those files and use adaptation to fit my car?

Original files cant be read (that told me the guy) sorry
No backup saved

I did it... the guy told me he need the clean file I asked by the bad files but he said it cant be read ��

Please if someone has a backup of the part number 8J0920930E I really will be grateful

if fvdi has communiation with dash try procedure with add keys ... tool try flashing dash maybe it will wake up ...
fvdi makes micronas dash when it can read immo data ... if not use another tool ...

but the part number is not the same
I have 8J0920930E (DSG)
I found 8J0920930EX (From DSG)

china dp3. just read and write mileage again by obd. dash will wake up.

i used fvdi to change mileage. dash turns off. tried to read micronas with xprog - failed. use china dp3 (blue box with screen), press read mileage. it tells 00000km. i enter new mileage, press write and dash waked up.

don't remember exactly, but it was very easy. i take dp3 from my friend, used it first time and recover it very quick.
