It starts a little better but still fails cold. some more solution for software

Most likely you will need to make a hardware repair decision, not everything is resolved by clicking the keyboard

solution: change all the rubber bands to PD injector

also log engine rpm in start stage (starter rpm). if low will not start easy....

has right, i had 3-4 times this problem, and solved, when is cold the car start very hard, if disconnect temperature sensor the car start very easy ( symptoms same as hotstart ), i solved by software

I think that ancient museum audi have 4 pin prehistoric dual ECT , one for the ecu and the other for the dash. they fail one or another , maybe ECU didn`t receive the temp values.... easy to check in PID
