And how the engine will work without Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor?

P0190 - Fuel pressure sensor circuit malfunction (open circuit?)

In HDI ecu will need fuel rail pressure sensor for fuel pressure regulation.

You should check sensor wiring (5V, gnd, signal to ecu), and if they are ok -> replace sensor.
One possibility is that there is wire broken inside wiring loom.

Find & fix the problem... the engine can't work properly with that malfunction!
Removing errors for the Rail system will not fix the problem.
