Hey Guys,
in the past i had issues with BMW Start Button Ignitions. Because while writing and causing problems not sure if the Ignition kept shutting off because the Dashlight stayed on but writing failed.

I tried the 2 fast press of the button method.
I tried holding 4 sec or 10 sec method.

Is there something im missing ?

Thanks in advance.

You have to press start button without pressing clutch pedal or brake pedal and cluster show you all the lights but car doesn't start never press brake pedal or clutch while pressing start button as it will auto switch off during write or read hope this helps

Yes, I have few...
Always connect stabilised power supply, min. 100 A at 14 volts...
Open the driver door and fasten driver seat belt.
Never ever had any problems with any BMW!
