Ok, so first thing, turbo and free flowing exhaust and large intercooler
in same sentence is asking for trouble #back pressure

seconly hard cut, do you like your nashers twatting the steering wheel
also chance are you had to make engine mounts, break your weld trash your engine.

best thing you can do is find a tuner that is ofay with the donor engine and see them

How can somebody edit your map when its not standard set up
you will end up with something that will be going bang after 5 days

Thanks for your reply, what would you recommend i do regarding the exhaust and it being free flowing please? and the intercooler?
Your right, i have had to make engine mounts but i have over engineered them to cope with the extra stresses and strains as i offroad it also.
Thankyou for your input, any help and pointers are appreciated.

Would at least speak to one of the companies that make stainless steel exhausts. For the engine
and you make brackets to suit your arseend

i wanted to knock the baffles out of a back box,

If its a wreck thats going in the bin 6 months carry on, if your keeping it
you need to do homework. NOT my department but ask somebody that cares
is the standard map sensor going to be happy with the extra pipe work.

as for egr delete, some cars it uses it for keeping mixture correct
eg ecu thinks “open egr, cut fuel, say nothing”. Runs lean and then what.

if engine has lots of miles is it easy to clean manifolds

My exhaust is all fabricated and fitted, ive tig welded it all and fitted clamps ect to suit, i wasnt refering to how to make one i was refering to your comment of asking for trouble ect? i was under the impression the quicker you can get rid of exhaust gasses the better ect ect
also i would hope a tuner wouldnt increase requested boost to the level my Map sensor would go out of range, im not sure what you ment by my extra pipework?
its actually shorter than stock,
sorry if im missunderstanding?
hopefully somebody can advice further on the request?
