hello, could someone make dpf off and remove DTC P0131 P0132 P2454 in that file?

CAR: Fiat Ducato
Engine: 3.0 180HP
ECU: EDC17CP52 HW 0281030431 SW 1037529156

DTC: P0131 P0132 P2454

Probably you have also problem with lambda and differential pressure sensor.
Maybe it is worth replacing the lambde and the differential pressure sensor?
