Bmw E46 ews dme alignment problem

Please help me with this problem, when attempting to align ews to dme the launch gives me an error message "dme and ews do not fit together"
attached are the files from ecu 0261209007 and ews 3, please can you align and tell me what went wrong, thanks ,regards
