Hi guys, i have a car without original unit, so i cant clear or repair, then, i search one from scrapyard with same p/n 13142540 but is needed coding to car. i saw this post with virgin dump 95040:

only with this dump i can recode vin and pin? or is needed read eeprom from motorola and change VIN and PIN or put virgin eep?

good news, finally, after a lot hours wasted, i have a info to solve problem.

Is need tell us some units was hardware problem and other software. I tried several units and files (virgin etc.) and here you have solution ONLY if its software fail.

If this file not works in your unit, CHANGE IT !! its hardware problem or software in the motorola.
