Searching for stok firmware for Toyota RAV4, 2.2 D4D, 2006MY.

ID CALIB DATA: 342E7000
SW: 89663-42E70
CALIBRATION VERIFICATION NUMBER: 5AC66180
HW: 89661-42C02
ENGINE: 2ADFH
MODEL CODE: ALA30

I'm write mod file via obd based on stock 89663-42E70 - ecu is dead. When i write stok 89663-42E70 via JTAG car is working, but not reacts on accelerator pedal.
ECU was tuned before me. What is original software - don't know. Plz, help to search native stok file.
Here my 89663-42E70 stok - it's wrong.

This is stok file, that i found in internet. Then i make mod on this file and write. ECU is dead. When i write this file with JTAG - engine is working, but not reacts on accelerator pedal.
WHY?
