MERCEDES W221 HELP S0S CLUSTER

Please assist : Whilst attempting mileage on the above vehicle with OBDSTAR X300M BD the central multimedia display suddenly went blank, programmer displayed "error" . Now motor functions as do electric windows but cluster illuminates with no speedo, rev, counter , petrol guage, temp gauge on main cluster , central multimedia display etc functioning nor does exterior lights or indicators. Indicators only work by hazard switch. If we plug in conventional workshop pc it sees no modules...in each category says " not equipped ". This is a plea to any assistance out there, it's as if all mem is lost

Reprogram CGW (in SAM).
Hopefullly you made backup eeprom and flash.

Thanks for the advice....sadly the obdstar has become faulty so NO backup....am taking it to Mercedes tomorrow where I have a great friend working who has access to their Star Programmers....do you think it will be easy for them.....once again thank you so much
