Is there a thread where we can post the disaster that customers bring us? ... Here is my disaster for today. They told me the "Fuel gauge" wasn't working. When we opened the back... we realized it was more than just the fuel gauge going bad. He bought the car at auction and that's all that needs to be said about that. Hope this helps with identifying chips on cluster specifically. Please don't use a potato to take a photo. Seeing chip numbers and such would be super useful to some of us.

Customer took it back so we can't clean it. They were hoping for a cheap fix. It would be also a pain in the butt if something else doesn't work on the cluster and it's from a water damaged vehicle.
