Any decent tool can read the immo data from orig cluster and write to new cluster.

Apparently you can upload a different language to this counter. Is anyone able to say how and what ??

No not really. Any newer version will contain some more languages. So if there is a specific language you need then find the appropriate version and upgrade your cluster to that version...
