Bmw X5 E53 Shows code on dashboard and navi screen

Hi Friends can someone provide me what I can do with this Car?It shows like in titlle Code on dash and navi screen.

Disconnect battery in spare wheel well, off for 1 minute, reconnect, then on the display it should show a timer counting down from 10 minute to zero

when it gets to zero you should then be able to start the engine

The main problem is that timer stays at 9:59 but car starts someone done some immo bypas.Battery disconected many times.
