I have a 1.6 75 hp polo,
it doesn't recognize me the ID and if I continue without ID it gives me a wake-up error

the car starts and I don't have the k tag ... I have to do a dpf off but I don't read it ... the rework of the kess was done by the guide of this site

Jure, are you coming in zagreb sometimes? My brother has golf 7 2.0 tdi from 2015. And he wants remap. Ecu is probably locked. Can it be done with virtual read, and then flash it. Or needs to be opened with ktag?

It needs to be done on bench and or opened...

If it's unlocked before, even a kess Clone can do it by obd...

It's best to desolder eeprom with PCR2.1 and insert here to unlock or unlock it yourself

Unlock then read-write works fine with Kess V2 clone, but obviously genuine tools are best - can be done full OBD no unlock with genuine Kess V2 :)
