Can i flash AM29F200AB

Hello everyone. I have one motronic ecu 06A 906 018 BA from sharan 1.8turbo AJH. Inside is with AM29F200AB chip. My question is can i get dump with Kess and how. I tryed to boot 24pin but no luck.

1kohm boot pin 24...make sure you first boot then turn ecu power
