Audi Cluster Change

Hi guys

I have an Audi A4 2000 model with faulty petrol & heat gauge . I want to change the cluster .
Please tell me what softwares must i use & what the correct procedure is to follow . Many thx ..

Im on with similiar job on 52 plate skoda fabia using vag k+can commander v3. see thread:

Will let you know how i get on as i have now found an instrument cluster. Just waiting for it to arrive, with the weather in uk though may be a while!!!
