93c76 specs??

Hello folks,

i seem to have issues when reading 93c76 on board..sometimes i read them successfully but then cant write back.
im using vvdi prog btw.

do they require certain voltage to read and write?

I always use 3,5 volt to read/write.
Never have problems, but use good programmers like Elpro DP4 and/or Einigma.
