E46 320d 110kw EDC16 hard cut request

Hello, can anybody do popcorn/hard cut limiter on my E46 320d? I want it on 4300 rpm, more hard and smoky. Have no cat exhaust. I have a stock file, without any chiptuning.

I added new file previous was read as edc16c35 now is edc16c31.
