Opel Vivaro 2018. I need eeprom and Flash dashboard

Hi mates.
I have a problem with Opel Vivario, Diese, and Manual gearbox.
I try adjust the mileage using Smok tool, I choose the traffic III 2018 model. I did not make the backup. After of choose the write the new mileage and block the ABS, the software read the flash (I don´t know if read eeprom and flash) and when done the write the flash, the Dashboard went off.
If I try read the eeprom, I have error. But I can read the flash, but all is in FF.
I made the diagnostic and I haven´t comunication with the dashboard.
I disconnect the battery without succes.
The car start.
I send the messenger to Smok support, but I haven´t answer.

The dashboard is a Visteon
VPFRRF-10849-TF
SW: 20.06
HW: VPFRRF-14B115-KB

I think in the same, but I search in all folder of the UHDS/ UHDS AllInOne/ File and I did not find any files created on the day of the modification.

I try read the MCU with programmer and with this I can read data, no all FF.
Is possible fix the dump?
