Citroen C3 1.4 HDI not start after egr off

I have a citroen C3 1.4 hdi from 2003 with ecu sid802. I opened the unit and read the 29f400 on the bench and canceled the egr. I wrote again and the car won't start and it gives a low pressure error on the fuel ramp.I put the original file back in and the car works. Other colleagues canceled the egr in other ways and the problem is the same. Does not start. What could it be?

Checksum problem

Someone have full flash with correct checksum for ecu SID802 5WS40021L-T SW9648971880 HW9643455080 and with EGR off to write in bench with Minipro programmer?

Use Ktag to upload the file in boot mode, it will count the checksums itself

I have Ktag 7.020 and not have option to read Sid802 in Citroen C3 2003 1.4 hdi.

If cks is correct by winols or other sw , programmer write is not the problem , maybe sector protected
Tested over 15 years on my old willem programmer
