Thanks mate i really appreciate this... I'm using the same script, how come for 163123 is calculating bad CS and for 163000 is good?... please light me up here i'm confused

Because when calculating the CS 163000 has no overflow and 163123 does :)

163000: 30 df + 18 00 = 48df Xor = b720

163123: fe e3 + 18 00 = 116E3 so you have to add the overflow to the Word = 16e4 Xor = e91b
