How to reset flash counter with kess on EDC16U1?

Yesterday I tried to reset flash counter to 0 with KESSv2 but after writing checked with AVDI status of flash counter and it's the same. Why is that?
Only noticed that flash condition changed from immobilizer active to ready for flashing.

Is it possibile to change counter in eprom memory?

I don't get it why this is a problem?If someone smart will read a file will see if is it ori or not.BTW FG tech has this option but never did myself.BR

I think, only when you must carry about flash counter is when car is in warranty. Otherwise doesn't give me reason.
