Smart ForTwo w451 need Virgin file

Hi friends, a customer came with a Smart ForTwo W451, car has some Dpf and EGR errors, but it is already with Dpf and Egr off made somewhere else,not a good solution I think ,and car goes in limp mode.
Need a file virgin to be able to make reset and off from scratch. If someone can make virgin this file will be highly apreciated.
