VW edc17c54 ktag cheksum error

Hello.
Have anybody else had problem writing vw edc17c54 ecu?
I read it wiyh ktag 7.020 in boot with gpt cable, for some reason it detects ecu as 17c64.
Let`s me read it with those settings no problem but when trying to write mod file it says checksum error.
Don`t have ori because car was already remapped when came to me.
Is this a clone problem or something else?
Ksuite 2.23 in use.

Yes ecu is EDC17C54.
I`d like to flash with ktag, not too sure about kess have had problems with it before.
Now i did read it with mpps v18 via boot. File seems to be ok, does mpps v18 work good on these ecus?
It`s been a long time since i last used mpps.

If you plan to use clone ktag 7.020 better use the ksuite 2.22 supplied from the russians, best stable and without checksum errors ksuite for clone ktag 7.020. No need to mix DLLs no nothing, just install and use. 2.23 is shit, also others newer, no improvement and new problems.

Actually i have mpps v18. Thinking that i'll try to correct chks with that and try to write it with ktag

Can you read what i have written? You NEVER will write that ecu with your ksuite 2.23 software, it is not a matter of checksum is already corrected on file or not.

Anyway, is loss of time explain to who does not want to understand.

I already downloaded 2.22. Will give it a try. Npt sure though is it russian version or not.

setup_222_v2.exe and is about 330Mb this is original ruissians verison.

Can`t find setup_222_v2.exe. Only some same named version on *.iso and 1gb size.
Now second guestion is should i select protocol 268 VAG tprot or Vag gpt 675?
Only way i could read ecu was vag gpt 675 which is for edc17c64

You Can send ksuite 2.22 russian morgano please, i have same problem with edc17c54, crafter ckbt. Ktag read ok but i want write write with dpf off checksum error.
