Volvo V40 CEM & ECU sync help

Hi just wondering if anyone know how to synch a CEM & ECU for a volvo V40 2017 2.0 D3 .

ECU has been mispalced by during a accident .

If I can get a repalctment ECU is there any way to synch them to get it started ?
