change bsi citroen c5

hello i change a new bsi for citroen c5 2001.i have problem with fuel level alwais low level.i program bsi with lexia .i copied all data from the old bsi to the new bsi.everything works except fuel level.the fuel resistace marker is 270homs
from bsi.
were is the problem?some parameter:dong:
