mileage programmer for Fiat Ducato 2008>

hello everyone

I am a new user and as such my request will make the most experienced smile ..
the question is, is it possible to program only the dash of this vehicle? I have seen many tools but I have not understood if for models after 2006 it can work without dumping from the ECU or if someone can explain the procedure with the dump to me and which in your opinion can be the most valid tool to purchase.
I only needed to program the dash having several of these vehicles stuck at 400000 km (fiat bug) in my workshop.

First, turn ignition on make dash by obd, then without turn off ignition take off body and make body on bench eep, then take back body, done ! if you have question write on whats app +48609498638

Only dash, and 99.9% tool which work obd2 away to do this with 2 sek.
