edc17cp14 PLEASE HELP!!!!!

i have tried to clone a passat cc ecu edc17cp14 through ktag as the board got damaged opening
i copied both files off the damaged ecu (eeprom and micro) and backed up the new one, had the immo taken off the new micro file and wrote the old ecu eeprom to the new one, things up and running but eml light on and coil light flashing. been reading something about the eeprom news editing but unsure. can anyone help or any ideas on what to try

and at the minute the new ecu is running the ori micro file with the immo off and the old ecu eeprom and runs just the engine light and coil

My friend, scan with diagnostics, and see the error, this will give you idea what is wrong, on these ecus sometimes turbo actuator is going stuck when making check at start, and deleting errors or doing turbo basic settings helps.
