View Full Version : Seat ibiza 1.8t bjx chip tuning

Hello everyone, im having trouble tuning my car for the last 2 months. I tried by my self but every time it seems to be a problem while driving. My current setup is K04 turbo, 318cc injector and 4 bar pressure regulator, FMIC, removede catalyst and SAI. stock turbo pressure was 0.7bar, after swaping turbo and a little bit tuning turbo pressure is now 1.0 bar and car runs fine but if i increas turbo pressure more after 5500 rpm it starts jerking because overboost and goes into limp mode. I think that this turbo can run a bit more boost but i dont have knowledge to tune map. Can somebode with more expirience tune map for me. Thank a lot.

and ibiza stock file is stock file

For K04 a bit smal injectors... Test to work with boost pressure regulation, liniarization.

What injectors size should i use? I just dont have enough konwledge to make a good remap

better pay for good tune
injectors 380 cc or higher
k04 can handle max boost around 1.7-1.8 bar
but for good tune and power is enough 1.5 bar and safe

Jup ~1.6 down to 1.4, depends on K04... and injectors as told 380ccm+

Because of corona virus in my contry. Everything is closed for at least 2 months and i can't find anybody to make me a good remap. Can someone from forum do that for me I will pay him

Do what the boys write. Replace 315cc injectors with 380cc. Then you can tune!! No one wants to tune a large turbo into a small injectors. Because AFR can be poor. The engine will overheat and may be damaged. 0280156063 BOSCH.
