Help Toyota Corolla Axio Smart keys lost

I have a 2007 Toyota Axio with Smart Box 89990-12040
Car uses Smart key, now All keys are lost,
I have tried to add new key by SKP 900, but it fails,

I have read the eeprom dump from SMART BOX 93C66
I need your help to make virgin dump or any other way that can get the car to start
