Opel Movano B 2017 key learning [urgent]

I need your help, I have a AKL situation on a Opel Movano B 2017. (maybe same as Master 3)
It's pretty urgent because it's an ambulance and it's used every day for COVID-19.

They have lost all the keys but they have the key card with pin code and key number, the pin code is 12 characters long.

Do you know what tool can code this key and wich key do I need to buy.

I have Renault CLIP and OPCOM both ori.

I am quite sure any Locksmith in the area.
Or any supplier of the tools, would do this good deed.
Would gladly either, lend you the equipment and keys. Maybe as much as 4 keys is good for this vehicle.
Or do the job for you. Maybe as a free service.

Renault CAN/K-line ECU Tool
Obdstar,

Lock code, to be read with lishi decoder.
VA6 multi lever.

Or contact dealer, state it is urgent and request cutting code.

Remote key, can be created using keydiy.
