Looking for some help to clear airbag module VW via CAN

I need some help with the attached picture. On my Iprog adapter for CAN I have only Can high and Can low however i see a positive and a negative in the picture.What voltage need that be connected to? Is some external power source required?

It is for EPS pinout , I think for VW Polo ...you can clear crash from EPS ...
